Here at kmsystems we are always working on different projects to help our clients work smarter and quicker.

Have built over 100 enterprise applications for various clients such as IAG/NRMA, Asciano, the RTA, Canon, MBF and the Australian Institute of Project Management which are used by well over 15,000 employees.

Here is a sample of a few projects that we have been working on:

  • A system used to manage the performance of over 3,000 suppliers incorporating contract details, breaches, quality, scorecard results and general communications
  • An innovation platform based on Web 2.0 social networking principles used by over 5,000 employees to provide them with a voice in the business by enabling them to share their ideas on how their business can improve.
  • Call tracking and reporting application which tracks over 100,000 customer calls nationally on a monthly basis. This system enables management to categorise calls and identify areas for improvement.

We recently joined forces with a US based company committed to building strong web-based communities centered around your products and services. To build some really interesting products that get people to listen to you — carefully.

REACH is an application that will aggregate your inputs to the social web, thus simplifying and maximizing your effort. With less to worry about in your community management efforts you'll accomplish more and connect better. Your audience and community are critical to growing your inbound marketing efforts, make sure to REACH them. We have built reach to interact directly with the Twitter API so you can REACH all of your twitter accounts from the one place.

Twitter for the enterprise: Just like Yammer and Present.ly we have decided to build our own enterprise twitter style of application. The reason we wanted to take on the challenge is due to the fact that I believe business could really benefit for such a rapid information sharing tool and also just because it was fun to create something a bit different from our usual process improvement type of applications.
